Its been a long time since I been on this weight loss journey on getting fit and healthier. I started back in September 2013, and I have been going up and down with this, til I said enough with the bs. I have to take this a little bit more serious. So since the month of April, I have been a little off. But I have to say this is the most dedicated I have ever been since this journey. And because of that I was able to lose 3lbs this month and also 2 1/2 Inches on my tummy area :)
I cant wait to see what next month will be like ?!!?! :)
