30 Day Butt and Abs challenge |Day 10

Today  was another beautiful day. Eating more healthy is becoming a lot more easy.  I'm still craving random sweets. But I'm not buying into it lol.
Meal one : two scramble eggs onion, bell pepper, salsa and wheat toast

Meal Two: Angry Birds cheese crackers
Meal Three : Oven bbq chicken, broccoli and red potatoes


Meal Four: Clif Bar crunchy peanut butter

Meal Five : Grilled chicken with shrimp and broccoli

Workouts :
Gym 20 mind dance cardio class
20 sec each :
Jumping jacks, mountain climbers,  jump rope and skaters.
High knee 123 pause 20 sec each
Butt Kicks 20 sec each
Squat jumps 20 sec each 
Leg raise crunching 20 sec each
Abs:
15 sit ups
5 crunches
5 leg raises
2 sets of 20 reps Frog leg
2 sets of 20 Side crunches
Arm :
5 push ups
5 triceps extensions on each arm w/ 5lbs
10 Biceps curls with 5lbs
10 sec punches with 5lbs
2 sets of 15 Outward abductors 5lbs
2 sets of 15 Hammer curls 5lbs
2 sets of 15 Triceps kickback 5lbs
24 bicep burners w/ 5lbs5lbs
