30 Day weight loss Challenge :: Day One

Omg !!! So Monday March 10, 2014 was Day one for my 30Day butt and abs workout. Boy do I have to say it was a struggle lol. Taking the month of February off with not eating right and going back to my bad habits, and literally having a soda pop EVERYDAY with no water. I really did pay for it not only in my weight but in my lack of energy too. So getting back into the habbit of working out again was really really hard. Eating more healthy wasn't all that bad, and surprisingly drinking water wasn't either. But im not gonna lie, I did have a sugar attack with oreo golden cookies (New addictions) :( Don't judge me LOL!! We ALL HAVE OUR WEEKNESS
But I know by the 7th day I should be back in full effect with everything. So I hope you all will join me on this 30day challenge, or even just stand by my side and support me would be great too. :) So here is a guide of all of what I ate, drunk and of course my workouts.
 

Meal One . scrambled (2)Eggs with, onions, bell pepper, and cheese. With a side of a half chopped up green apple.

150- 200 calories

 Meal Two. (Snack) Popcorn (2cups )

 
 

 Meal Three. Turkey Wrap, with sand which turkey meat, with spinach, lettuce cheese and olive oil mayonnaise. Wheat tortillas shells

 
 

 Meal four. Snack String Cheese

 

 Meal Five. Lemon spicy oven chicken breast , with broccoli and pasta

 
 

 My workout Guide I did for the day ::

Butt Workout 1: Tone Up | 30 DAY BUTT LIFT
 
Ab Strength Workout 1: Shred | 30 DAY 6 PACK ABS  
 
TANK TOP READY WITH TRACY, arm exercises without weights  
 
Other arm workouts I did ::
Overhead Press 2 sets of 15reps
Curl ups 2 sets of 15reps
Tricep Extension 2 sets of 15reps
Gym Workouts
Treadmill 10mins 3.1 Distance 50 calories
Bicycling 30mins 4. 7 distance 150 calories

  1. Much success, After 3 pregnancies, my tummy looks just like urs. I have had a recent 54 lb weight lose and done, however this railroad track of stretch marks...omg. the tummy is like jell-o, perhaps tone as much as possible and let those stretch marks remind me of the 3 beautiful blessings God loaned to me
