Week one update / Week two challenge


So week one went really great. Of course I could of done a lot better. But I'm happy for the simple fact on not giving up.

Last week weigh in| 142.8
Current weigh in | 139
Lost weight since challenge| 3 pounds

Week two challenge: Daily for this week
1pts daily for staying in contact with team mate
6pts  64oz of water ( this week water points are double)
3pts for not eating after 9pm
3pts of 2 servings of fruits
5pts of 3 servings of veggies
5pts for no sweets/junk treats
5pts for food journal
5pts for 30mins or 7pts for 45mins of workout
