Drugstore freindly Neutral eye + Purple lip

 

 

 
So for today's look, I wanted to try out the new wet n wild palette and milani violet addict liquid lip.
I have to say for the wet n wild palette, some of the eye shadow are chalky but durable  I give it 4/5*
And the milani liquid its a pretty color, you can build the color up, the only thing bad I have to say about it, is that left a ring inside my lip. 3/5*
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

30 Days butt and abs challenge | Day 15

OK so things I have truly been ruff these pass weeks. Family issues and deaths with loves ones. So I'm trying my best to get back on track, so boy Oh boy help me. I'm gonna supper challenge myself these next 5 days to have no sugar besides from fruits and some food (no junk snacks), drink 8 cups of water or more, no eating pass 7, and be in bed by 9.

MEAL one ( breakfast )
I had a spinach, carrots, strawberries, peaches, and orange juice smoothie

So the pass three days I was going threw something very heavy. It was a death in my family. My aunt passed away. So I wasn't fully in the mind farm of this. So I apologize for the lack of dedication.  I'm trying my best to be fully back.  So just bare with me and have patients please. I will get threw this .

30 Day Butt and Abs challenge | Day 11

Hey loves. OMG I can't believe I'm at day number 11.
So with that being said I rewarded myself today for making it the last 10 days lol. So I had me a special lunch and a desert as you will see down below . Plus I was super excited to see this morning that I lost 2lbs since I started. Hey now

MEAL ONE:  strawberry peach it spinach orange juice smoothie
MEAL TWO:  LAYS BARBECUE BAKED CHIPS
MEAL THREE : Dairy Queen burger and fries
MEAL FOUR: Dairy cream cookie dough ice cream (I only ate half of it though not all of it) PLUS IT WAS A SMALL ONE
MEAL FIVE:
 BONELESS CHICKEN, SHRIMP with onions and bell peppers AND BROCCOLI

4 CUPS OF WATER

MY WORKOUTS I DID:
 8 Push ups
8 Triceps extension with 5lbs
15 BICEP curls with 5lbs
15 Sec punches with 5lbs
2 sets of 15 reps outward abductors
2 sets of 15 reps hammer curls
2 sets of 15 reps triceps kickbacks
24 bicep burners
ABS:
20 sit ups
8 crunches
8 leg raises
12s planks
2 sets of 20 frog leg
2 Sets of 20 side crunches
Cardio 30 sec each:
Jumping Jack's, mountain climbers, jump rope, skaters, leg raise crunches,  squat jumps

Here's a update on my weight
 I lost 2lbs since day 1

           and lost a inch in my waist since day 1

Today  was another beautiful day. Eating more healthy is becoming a lot more easy.  I'm still craving random sweets. But I'm not buying into it lol.
Meal one : two scramble eggs onion, bell pepper, salsa and wheat toast

Meal Two: Angry Birds cheese crackers
Meal Three : Oven bbq chicken, broccoli and red potatoes


Meal Four: Clif Bar crunchy peanut butter

Meal Five : Grilled chicken with shrimp and broccoli

Workouts :
Gym 20 mind dance cardio class
20 sec each :
Jumping jacks, mountain climbers,  jump rope and skaters.
High knee 123 pause 20 sec each
Butt Kicks 20 sec each
Squat jumps 20 sec each 
Leg raise crunching 20 sec each
Abs:
15 sit ups
5 crunches
5 leg raises
2 sets of 20 reps Frog leg
2 sets of 20 Side crunches
Arm :
5 push ups
5 triceps extensions on each arm w/ 5lbs
10 Biceps curls with 5lbs
10 sec punches with 5lbs
2 sets of 15 Outward abductors 5lbs
2 sets of 15 Hammer curls 5lbs
2 sets of 15 Triceps kickback 5lbs
24 bicep burners w/ 5lbs5lbs

30 Days Butt and Abs challenge| Day 9

So today was pretty good. I been so busy that it's been really hard on doing my butt and abs workout.  So tomorrow is no playing games.

Meal one
Bowl of fruit loopS cereal
MEAL TWO
string cheese
meal three
Boneless chicken,  brown rice,  and broccoli
Meal Four
String cheese
Meal Five
Oven chicken wings, Steamed broccoli and carrots, red potatoes
