OK so things I have truly been ruff these pass weeks. Family issues and deaths with loves ones. So I'm trying my best to get back on track, so boy Oh boy help me. I'm gonna supper challenge myself these next 5 days to have no sugar besides from fruits and some food (no junk snacks), drink 8 cups of water or more, no eating pass 7, and be in bed by 9.
